Our client requires an individual who truly enjoys providing Customer Service excellence which will ensure customer loyalty in the long term. This means that you will have the knowledge of Freight Forwarding best practice to enable you to provide solutions to your clients and add value to their business. Your knowledge and attitude will be the key to securing this role in a company that will provide you with an excellent working environment.
The role will entail looking after a portfolio of accounts and providing them with up to date information in regard to their shipments. You will be the point of contact for all their services which would include: airfreight, oceanfreight, customs and distribution services. In addition, you will be required to attend client face to face meetings as required.
Who We're Looking For
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years in a Customer Service role in a Freight Forwarder within the Australian market.
You will be a team player, have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to learn new procedures quickly and excellent administrative aptitude.
Knowledge of CargoWise1 is highly preferred.
Most importantly you must really enjoy dealing with clients!
Salary: Up to $70,000 + Super (pending experience)Location: Western Suburbs
