Helen Pakhomov brings 16 years experience in recruitment to PATH4 Food, with last 8 years working directly within the Fresh Food manufacturing industry.
Having worked for a vertically integrated food manufacturing business, Helen has a strong understanding of the demands of the industry from production, to processing and to the retail end of the spectrum. Having recruited at all levels within the industry Helen was responsible for design and implementation of a variety of talent pathways initiatives including: Internships, Graduate Recruitment, Referral, International Recruitment initiatives, Social Medial and strategic sourcing.
Debbie commenced her recruitment career in Brisbane in 1995 and has worked for several national companies recruiting both temporary and permanent staff members in a wide range of industries including the food industry. Debbie has been with Path4 Food since 2012 and assists the PATH4 Food team with candidate management and marketing, social medial and general administration.
Debbie prides herself on her strong organisational and project management skills and is passionate about the industry and actively pursues new ways to improve and strengthen our business and procedures.
