Strategic Leadership Opportunity

The Continuous Improvement Manager position drives the improvement of processes and systems across the Customer Experience area within one of the largest logistics organisations in the world! In collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders this position will facilitate and lead project prioritisation and will act as the focal point for global changes within the Customer Experience sector.


This leadership position has 14 direct reports spanning across various disciplines such as Data Analyst / Programmers, Project Managers, and Implementation. Your ability to challenge the status quo and deep dive into current practices to develop change management strategies and ensure successful implementation of local and global initiatives is key to securing this role.


The key areas of attention are:

  • Drive significant process improvement initiatives for the Customer Experience sector
  • Enhance current practices within the function of customer reporting, data and analytics
  • Take the lead for implementation of new technologies delivered by global outcomes

 To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent strong process change experience required
  • Ability to provide experiential evidence in controlling the implementation of complex projects
  • Combining Lean with Process Automation, Data Analysis, AI
  • Leading initiatives that deliver process improvement initiatives across multiple functions
  • Excellent understanding and focus on Customer Experience and Execution of products
  • Tertiary Qualifications in business or engineering
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others
