This Customer Service role is situated within the Blue Chip department who service high end global accounts. This role is suited to a driven individual who has a long term career path in mind to develop into a true Key Account Manager role in the future - this is the stepping stone you need to get there.
Your focus will be to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction with proactive management of client queries and issues. You will also be hands-on with reporting, SOPs, quotes and presentations.
- Experience in a Freight Forwarding Customer Service or Import related role
- Experience with Ocean and Air freight
- Outstanding communications skills and attitude
- Team player mentality
