This well established company is an international Freight Forwarder who provides end to end supply chain solutions to a wide variety of clients across different market segments and verticals. They are constantly pushing the boundaries for providing service excellence and solutions.
This position is the ideal next step for an experienced Customer Service (order management) professional from a solid Freight Forwarding background.
The role is a mix of hands-on Customer Service and support / guidance for other team members. You will be reporting to an experienced manager who will be on hand to help you develop your leadership skillset.
· Liaise with customers daily
· Provide quotations
· Proactively manage shipments
· Prepare regular reporting
· Attend customer meetings / reviews
· Liaise with internal stakeholders
You will have minimum 3 years experience in a Customer Service role within Freight Forwarding. Previous team leadership is an advantage however demonstrated aptitude and potential to take on a leadership role is what we’re seeking.
This is a great role for someone who is ready to expand their skills and take on a more senior role– candidates who should apply will come with strong CS skills and knowledge.
Salary: Up to $80,000 + Super (pending experience)
