One of the most progressive companies in the International and Supply Chain and Logistics industry today! With a reputation to uphold they are currently sourcing a highly capable and energetic 3PL client administrator to join their cohesive team environment.
Due to the success of the operation they are looking to implement another layer within their operation and are sourcing an individual who is looking for the next step in their career within the logistics industry.
This role sits within the warehouse and distribution centre of this large logistics service provider, this is a high energy department where you are sure to be rewarded and challenged.
What your day will look like
No two days will be the same! Your main focus will include client management of orders, liaising with the transport department to ensure delivery times are met, reporting of clients inventory and completing final invoicing on time and accurately. From time to time there will be additional projects such as new client implementation, stock takes and inventory spot checks.
Other requirements
- The ability to develop strong relationships with customers and key staff
- Intermediate level of efficiency in MS Excel
- Have a positive, pro-active, team-based attitude
- Highly organised individual who can manage a wide variation of tasks
- A keen interest in a career in logistics
- Ability to work Monday Friday; 6am - 2pm / 7am 3pm / 8am - 4pm daily
