About the Role:
As a Pilot Plant Operator, youll play a critical role in manufacturing high-value extracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the entire plant from raw materials to the final product
- Ensuring efficient plant operation while minimizing waste
- Participating in stock reconciliation after each production run
- Reviewing daily plant performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Completing required documentation, including HACCP records
- Conducting QC checks to ensure the product meets specifications
- Reviewing GMP audit results, addressing customer complaints, and following up on NCRs
Ideal Candidate:
While formal qualifications in Food Science/Technology are valuable, we're seeking someone with a deep passion for brewing and distilling. You should have hands-on experience working in food production, a solid understanding of GMP, and prior experience in a HACCP-accredited facility.
