The Role

An exciting opportunity awaits in their Customer Service team at their head office in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Process client orders with precision, ensuring readiness and delivery dates align with air or sea freight requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with transport partners, shipping lines, and destination representatives.
• Prepare and manage quotations and reporting, including PO tracking.
• Track all international shipments within your client portfolio.
• Collect, analyze, and record essential data.
• Resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge of operational processes, backed by proven experience in a similar role within the Australian freight forwarding market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, efficient, and organized approach to work.
• Experience with CargoWise (highly beneficial).
• The ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
• Full Australian working rights.
