What You Will Be Doing

- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes
- Track and follow up on customer orders
- Address invoice discrepancies and coordinate claims for damaged goods
- Extract data and generate KPI reports
- Analyze trade trends to identify cost-effective logistics solutions
Were seeking candidates with 1-2 years experience in:
- Import or Export Operations
- Client Services
- Sales Support
