A fantastic contract role is now available for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to support a high-performing freight forwarding customer service team. Based at the Sydney Head Office, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and logistics, and who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Bring
- Proven customer service experience in freight forwarding
- Strong order management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Sound knowledge of INCO terms
- Interpersonal skills with a team-focused attitude
- Experience using Cargowise (highly regarded)
- Full Australian working rights
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for clients across global freight movements
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing top-tier service and maintaining strong relationships
- Proactively track shipments and manage delivery updates
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth processing and issue resolution
- Produce client reports and support internal communication
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction
