What Were Looking For
Solid Customer Service experience within Freight Forwarding
Demonstrated experience in managing orders within Australia
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment
Good knowledge of INCO terms
Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
Experience of Cargowise would be beneficial
Full Australian working rights.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients moving freight from around the world
Manage a portfolio of allocated clients, providing outstanding service, ensuring strong robust relationships
Oversee and track shipments proactively
Collaborate with the operational teams to ensure seamless shipment processing and promptly address any service issues.
Generate regular reports for clients and internal teams
Attend client meetings and reviews
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
