The Role
In this Senior Client Specialist role in the Airfreight Operations team. Youll play a key role in managing and supporting import operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Youll liaise closely with clients, internal departments, and external partners to ensure seamless service and smooth cargo movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing shipment status updates to clients
- Investigating and resolving shipment delays or issues
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure KPIs are met
- Collating, extracting, and analysing shipment data
- Preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports
Who Were Looking For
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, ideally within airfreight operations or customer service
- Confident managing your own client portfolio and attending customer meetings
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience managing high-volume import shipments is advantageous
