About the Role:

Youll be supporting the Export Team Leader and handling export operations across various Australian ports. This role has a strong coordination and client service focus; perfect if you enjoy detail, teamwork, and getting shipments out the door smoothly.

This role handles ocean exports for a loyal group of clients. You will be supported by the data entry team as well as senior Customer Service to manage shipments.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating bookings with carriers and adjusting schedules as needed
  • Tracking containers and updating job statuses
  • Working with junior operators on PRA lodgement and job registration
  • Liaising with clients, transport companies, and overseas agents
  • Helping manage export documentation and checking cost inputs
  • Supporting the team with any export-related enquiries
  • Being a reliable backup when your teammates are away

About you!

If you have worked in Freight Forwarding in any capacity and had exposure to CargoWise software, we want to hear from you! Perfect for someone with 12 years in forwarding or a junior operations background ready to level up in exports. Cross-training and upskilling is on offer with this role and its a great opportunity to add Ocean Exports to your skillset.

$75K to $80K + Super (pending level of experience)
