The Role
Due to the volume of freight that gets passed through their operation, the current team are involved in a variety of duties which offers great upskilling and cross-training opportunities. They have offices nationally however this role is based in Brisbane.
The role is a mix between Export Operations and Customer Service.
- Be the liaison point for all Export Customers including processing of documentation
- Have solid knowledge of Export processes & reporting requirements
- Co-ordinate bookings with customers, transport, airlines
- Be the liaison point with our overseas offices & agents
- Pro-actively update customers on any issues that may occur
Essential Criteria
To be considered, you will need experience within a similar role within a Freight Forwarding company.
You will also need to possess
- CargoWise experience highly preferred
- A driven and keen attitude
- Proven customer service ability with excellent communication/ interpersonal skills
- Efficiency with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding work ethic and open to working in a forward-thinking business.
