A reputable Neutral Air Consolidator, exclusively serving forwarders, has recently acquired a new facility in Botany. This small yet vibrant company consists of a dedicated team of 4 office staff and 10 warehouse staff. They foster a friendly and dynamic environment where mutual support is highly valued.

What your day to day will look like

• Register shipments in CargoWise.
• Track flight arrivals, update CargoWise, and notify customers of any changes.
• Generate client invoices.
• Monitor Import Customs under-bond movements.
• Address DAFF queries and enter data for vendor invoices, cartage, CTOs, etc.
• Book transport from our depot.
• Check in Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo and complete the DG checklist/documents.
• Inspect cargo to ensure correct labelling and marking.
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers, vendors, and overseas agents promptly and courteously.

About you

• Previous experience with Import Air Freight Operations
• Cargowise experience preferred but not essential
• Be comfortable communicating with all members of the team
• Flexible with working hours as our team works closely together to cover weekends
• Valid driving licence with good driving record preferred

Salary

$75,000 + super + penalties. The potential to earn more!
