What Youll Do
- Be the go-to liaison for our Import/Export customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
- Handle all documentation and manage customer requirements and requests with efficiency.
- Monitor shipments and swiftly troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Coordinate bookings with customers, covering transport, shipping, and more.
- Serve as the key point of contact with our overseas offices and agents.
- Take charge of invoicing and reporting, keeping everything on track.
- Collaborate with various teams to tackle any challenges that come your way.
About You
Were seeking a dynamic individual with experience in either import or export air freight. But if youre an enthusiastic problem-solver with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!
- Previous Import or Export Forwarding experience.
- Experience with CargoWise is a plus, but not essential.
- A team player with a positive, collaborative mindset.
- DG certification is highly regarded.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
Salary: Approx: $75,000 + Super (based on skills and experience).
Open to considering long-term temporary candidates.
