The Role
There is now a vacancy for an experienced Import Sea Operator to join the team. You will be providing excellent service to customers and take ownership of the Ocean Imports process.
Responsibilities
- Job registrations
- Collate documentation for clearance
- Liaising with overseas agents on bookings
- Send out pre-alerts
- Process SCA/ACA and EDOs
- Liaise with Customs brokers and check ICS for clearance
About you!
- Proven experience in Freight forwarding in a similar role
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will be able to work autonomously in a varied and flexible environment.
- Cargowise experience would be highly advantageous
- Ability to prioritise workload and time management skills
- Outstanding work ethic
- Full Australian working rights
- Most importantly, a great attitude!

Salary
Approximately $75,000 + Super (pending skills & experience)
