About the Role

Based in the Product Development team, you will develop new products and bring them into production, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive process improvements. You will apply your food technology expertise to ensure compliance, maintain customer standards, and support real-time problem solving on the production floor.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and validate new product formulations and support smooth transition into production.
• Provide technical support on raw materials and packaging, including sustainability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot formulation, process, and quality issues in real time.
• Maintain and update product specifications, process instructions, and QA documentation.
• Partner with the Production team to enhance yields, efficiency, and consistency.

About You

You are a qualified Food Technologist or Food Engineer with strong product development expertise, ideally in dry blending and sports nutrition, and the ability to deliver timely, practical solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by continuous improvement.

Were looking for someone who brings:

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science & Technology or Food Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Product Development within food manufacturing (dry blending).
• Strong knowledge of FSANZ, GFSI systems, and organic certification.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure and maintain a team-first attitude.
