Role
Reporting to the Innovation Manager and working in a small R&D team, you will lead the development and improvement of beverage processing methods, manage projects from concept through to commercialisation, and provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing and consumer challenges. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver innovative new products to market.
You
You are a degree-qualified Food Technologist or Food Engineer with proven experience in beverages, dairy, or winemaking, and a strong understanding of liquid processing equipment. Experience in beverage formulation, flavour development, and packaging will be highly regarded. With excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, you thrive as part of a close-knit team.
