About the role

This is a hands-on operations position where youll manage airfreight import or export files each week. Youll be across everything from data entry and documentation, to liaising with carriers, customs, and transport providers, right through to final invoicing and file closure. When things are quieter in airfreight, youll step in to support the ocean team, giving you exposure across both modes.

What youll be doing

• End-to-end airfreight file management (import or export)
• Preparing and processing import/export documentation
• Liaising with carriers, customs, transport providers and warehouses
• Final invoicing and file closure
• Supporting ocean freight during quieter periods or leave coverage
• Jumping in to assist colleagues and share the workload when needed

What were looking for

• Minimum 12 years experience in airfreight operations (import or export)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files efficiently
• A team player who looks for ways to contribute when things are quiet
• Willingness to learn ocean freight (training provided)
• CargoWise is strongly preferred
