Frequently Asked Questions

What is the duration of the program?

Generally our programs run for 12 months with regular engagement and training activities. However our Sales Graduate opportunities can run for 24 months due to the added complexity of the role.

Are there department rotations in the graduate program?

Depending on the program, rotations can be included. At PATH4, we believe rotations should be organic, tailored to the needs of the individual and the organisation. You won’t just be moved around for the sake of it.

Do I need to apply for a role at end of program?

No. Our programs provide a stable environment, allowing graduates to shine in their own time without the pressure of applying for a permanent role.

What degree must I have?

Ideally we are looking for a degree in Business / International Business, Commerce or Logistics & Supply Chain. But the most important factor for us is a genuine interest in international logistics and a desire to build a career in the sector.

What states do you recruit in?

We recruit Australia wide.

Do you recruit graduates in other industries?

We mainly recruit in the Freight Forwarding industry. But we also place graduates in 3PL environments, manufacturers, port authorities & supply chain companies! These opportunities may include various graduate supply chain jobs depending on employer needs.
